When it was time to move out of Riverside area, we contacted her again to sell the property. She found a buyer and helped us close the transaction very quickly. She advocates for her clients and has their best interest at heart. As an example when we had to pull out of a contract due to issues with a home, she helped us get our deposit back by negotiating with the seller. Kendra is a personification of efficiency! We were all out of state and therefore not available to be on site. Kendra stepped forward and took care of any issues that arose during the whole process. The house was not in good shape but she knew the right contractors to do the needed fixes, repairs and whatever else was needed. She also knew the right people to handle an estate sale and clean up the property. Kendra always kept us in the loop during the entire process and she gave us good advice . Represented both parties. Really helped myself employed buyer secure funding and get past tax returns in order. Recommend appropriate upgrades and helped decided on how to handle issues with swimming pool. I would happily work with Kendra again.
